For a reunion with family or friends, a company party, team building, sports tournaments or an outing with your school or association: Ardennes Camping Bertrix knows how to turn all your wishes into a unique and complete program.

We offer tailor-made packages: from one-day events to outings for a longer period. You have the convenience of one contact person to arrange the stay and possibly help with activities, excursions or for example transportation.

Our campsite is the ideal location for groups of 20 to 300 people, with the entire group able to stay on our premises. For larger groups, we are happy to help you find tailor-made solutions in collaboration with regional partners.

Are you coming camping with a large group? With your own tents, caravans or a group tent? We have several camping fields that are perfect for this. So you can all stand together and enjoy an even cozier camping stay with the whole group.

Rent with a large group

For your group stay, you have the choice of renting luxury mobile homes, safari tents, rental tents or hiker's huts.

Even if you come to our campsite with a group or large family, we understand that not everyone has the same composition in terms of number of people. That's no problem! With us, you can choose from 4- or 6-person accommodations. We always try to find accommodations as close together as possible.

Group accommodation in the Ardennes is ideal for those who want to stay overnight with a larger group in a natural and peaceful environment. At Ardennes Camping Bertrix, you can stay with your group in one place, while everyone can still have their own accommodation or camping pitch. This makes it perfect for a group stay with plenty of space and flexibility.

Our group accommodation in the Ardennes is suitable for schools and study trips, sports clubs, company outings and team building, associations, youth groups and, of course, families and groups of friends who want to spend a weekend or midweek together in the Ardennes.

A lot of things are possible in the Ardennes. The Ardennes is of course the backdrop for many outdoor activities, but excursions such as visits to medieval castles and genuine Belgian beer breweries are also extremely popular.

Activities marked * can be provided directly at our campsite. Other activities take place in the vicinity of the campsite.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner or a party night; anything can be arranged.

The cozy bar and restaurant offer you various options to make your stay a great success, ranging from an easy meal to an excellent dinner. Our catering facilities can accommodate around 200 people. However, we are also happy to make a customized offer for smaller groups (from six people upwards). Some examples of our options:

Reception with coffee and cake or a welcome cocktail;
Breakfast buffets, lunches and dinners;
Lunch packages;
Barbecue buffets;
Hot and cold buffets;
Live music in the bar.

Families and groups of friends celebrate a birthday, an anniversary or a reunion at Ardennen Camping Bertrix. For companies we organize staff parties and special programs focused on team building. Also schools consider our campsite as an ideal place to organize a working week and of course we can play a role in this.
