Early bird run
Originated because I needed (Philip) motivation to run regularly. The idea came up to run every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (in July and August only)with the camping guests. Because, then I really needed to be there.
We first did this at 7:00 a.m., but then it wasn't that busy and there were about 6 of us. From now on, we leave at 9:00 a.m., which has made it a lot more popular. Sometimes there are as many as 28 people in front of me!
We usually run between 5 and 8 km and have an eye for beginners, we always pick them up if they fall behind. So even if you are just starting to run. Be sure to join us!
